Blink and a week passes (a poem)

Blink – and a week

Passes

And I feel

No longer the same.

Speak – and the world

Weighed by reality

Is dropped for

Your new utterance,

Your half.

Kiss me – and, honestly,

I might put you in

Poem, cast you

In syllables to hide

Our sentences, which

Are misspelt.
